INFORMATION:
900 gallons is minimum size tank permitted for residential use.
More frequent pumping is recommended for:
Garbage disposals
Higher volume of solids
How to determine frequency of pumping:
Follow recommended chart.
Scum/sludge level is more than 1-2 inches
Exposure to flooded conditions
Condition of sale of a house/business
Warning signals of a problem:
Flushing becomes sluggish
Sewage backup
Sewage odors (inside or outside)
Gurgling sound in pipes
Ground feels unusally soggy
Low spots appear in yard
